This page explains how to delete your Reel Squad account, what happens to your data and how to reach us if you need help. It applies to the Reel Squad mobile app (Android and iOS) and to the Reel Squad AI Studio at reelsquad.app/studio. Both use the same account.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Reel Squad app and sign in.
2. Go to My profile.
3. Scroll down and tap Remove my account and all data.
4. Confirm. Your account is closed immediately and cannot be restored.

Delete your account by e-mail

If you cannot use the app, or you only use the AI Studio on the web, send an e-mail to [email protected] from the e-mail address registered on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm the request so that nobody else can delete your account. We process e-mail requests within 30 days and confirm by e-mail when it is done.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted we remove or permanently anonymise the personal data on your profile: your e-mail address, your name, your profile photo and the identifiers of any linked sign-in method (Google, Apple or Facebook). Open reel requests (ads) you published are closed. You can no longer sign in, and the account cannot be restored. Any unused credit balance in the AI Studio is forfeited.

What is kept and why

• Records of payments, payouts and invoices are kept for as long as accounting and tax law require. They are no longer linked to an active account.
• Videos you uploaded, reels you submitted and videos generated in the AI Studio are detached from your profile. If you want them removed as well, say so in your request or write to [email protected] and we delete them.
• If you connected a creator payout account, the payout details are held by our payment provider under its own privacy policy. Contact support if you want that account closed too.
• Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule. Data that remains in a backup is not restored to live systems after deletion.
